Excavation & Backfill of homes and commercial buildings: At J&J
Construction Concepts, we understand the importance of minimizing impact on
new lots or existing properties. J&J will establish and maintain that thin line of
the exclamation enabling the safe construction of the foundation, while having a
plan for dirt storage. We have a concentrated specialty in excavation and backfill
from 75,000 SQ FT commercial buildings to 1,200 SQ FT homes. Whether the dig
requires complex footings on 1-to-1 slope with 35 steps in the foundation, or just
a standard crawl space. During the excavation process J&J take several steps to
ensure the process is efficient in a way that expedites th e production of the
excavation while accommodating the foundation design in addition to that, J&J
supplies adequate room for the proposed foundation. More importantly, providing
a safe area for the concrete subcontractor to construct the foundation but our

Blasting: I personally have 20 years of experience with blasting and coordinating
with licensed blasting crews. J&J Construction Concepts has developed these
works. relationships with efficient blasting subcontractors. This allows us to
safely and effectively coordinate blasting patterns to maximize results and
minimize impact on our next job site for you
